  • "Cairnryan to Larne"

This was my first journey travelling Club Class and it was excellent. So comfortable and facilities available were very good. The Steward on duty was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. First-rate. My next crossing in May will definitely be with P & O. Thank you for an extremely pleasant journey.

  • "Great journey, excelent service."

The trip was hassle free, the service on P&O was brilliant as I had upgraded to the Club Lounge. Probably wasn't needed as the trip is only for two hours, but would definitely recommend the club lounge if you are travelling longer than 2 hours. Booking through Direct Ferries was brilliant and gave me the best journeys and prices available.

  • "Cairnryan to Larne"

Although I live in Wales, it is cheaper and quicker to, travel to see my parents in Ireland via Scotland, Ihave used this route about 7 or 8 times and have to say I have never had a bad experience, the whole process from arriving to getting off at the other end is always a pleasure as the staff are more than happy to help in any way they can, my wife uses a wheelchair and the boarding staff always make sure we are parked as close to the lift as possible. The staff on board are friendly and do what they can to make your journey as pleasant as they can

  • "Good journey and free films to watch"

A short holiday in Ireland saw me and my husband booking the ferry from Cairnryan to Larne and back. Booking was easy online and I printed out the booking email which is your 'ticket'. The process of checking in and boarding was prompt and efficient and there was plenty of comfortable seating to choose from. We went into the video lounge on both journeys and watched films which were surprisingly current. On the journey back I was hampered by a sprained ankle and crutches but it check in staff made sure we were parked near to the lift as the stairs would have been a non starter for me. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Altogether, a good service.p

  • "Excellent service."

Right from the point of checking in at Cairnryan you could not fault this service. Efficient, well organised and on time. Service in the priority lounge was great and the food was tasty and good portion size. Would definitely recommend this service and will certainly use it again.

  • "Ferry from Larne to Cairnryan"

The outbound journey started with us being at the head of the queue driving into the disabled section. This gave us easy access to the lift which took us to our floor where we were shown the club lounge. It was very nice. We had access to coffee and tea, free nuts and snacks and also a bowl of fruit. We were able to order a hot meal if wished. This lounge could only be used by people who had a room code and was paid for in advance. On the return journey we decided not to use the club lounge and found that the lounge area was just as nice, although we had to pay for our coffee and snacks. I think in future I will just be using the basic facilities as they were adequate.
