Freight Bookings: there is no charge for new freight bookings or for freight amendments.

Amendments: are charged at fare difference + an amendment fee per booking for passenger tickets. The amendment fees are as follows:

• £20/€20 if the total booking value is from £ 0/€ 0 to £ 100/€ 100
• £35/€35 if the total booking value is above £ 100/€ 100

Cancelations (where no free cancellation product has been purchased) incur a £30 / €35 charge. The portion of the fare refunded will depend on your ticket and operator conditions.

Please note cancellations are not possible for tickets with less than a £30 / €35 value unless you have purchased our free cancellation product alongside your ticket. Given the cancelation charge, it wouldn’t be worth your while anyway.

Za každou novou rezervaci cestujících provedenou e-mailem nebo telefonicky je účtován poplatek ve výši £25 / €30. Doporučujeme proto provádět veškeré rezervace online, pokud je to možné - všechny cesty jsou k dispozici pro online rezervaci.

Rezervace nákladní dopravy: není účtován žádný poplatek za nové rezervace nákladu ani za změny v nákladu.

Změny: je účtován rozdíl jízdného + poplatek za provedení změny rezervace jízdenky. Poplatky za změnu jsou následující:

• £20/€20, pokud je celková hodnota rezervace od £ 0/€ 0 do £ 100/€ 100
• £35/€35, pokud celková rezervace převyšuje částku £ 100/€ 100

Zrušení (v případě, že nebylo zakoupeno žádné pojištění pro bezplatné zrušení) zpoplatněno částkou £30 / €35. Výše vráceného poplatku se odvíjí od vaší jízdenky a od podmínek operátora.

Berte prosím na vědomí, že zrušení není možné u jízdenek s hodnotou menší než £30 / €35, pokud jste si k jízdence nezakoupili pojištění pro bezplatné zrušení. Vzhledem k poplatku za provedení storna jízdenky by se vám její zrušení ani nevyplatilo.

Réservations Fret: les nouvelles réservations fret ne font pas l'objet de frais. Les modifications fret non plus (seule la différence tarifaire sera demandée, le cas échéant).

Modifications: elles impliquent le règlement de la différence tarifaire + des frais de modifications, pour chaque réservation passagers. Les frais sont les suivants:

• £20/€20 si la valeur totale de votre réservation est comprise entre £ 0/€ 0 et £ 100/€ 100
• £35/€35 si la valeur totale de votre réservation est supérieure à £ 100/€ 100

Annulations: (dans le cas où vous n'avez pas sélectionné notre service "Annulation Sans Frais" lors de votre réservation), elles impliquent des frais de £30 / €35. La somme remboursée dépendra des caractéristiques de votre ticket et des termes et conditions de la compagnie de ferry.

Merci de noter qu'il n'est pas possible d'annuler les réservations d'une valeur inférieure à £30 / €35, sauf si vous avez sélectionné notre service "Annulation Sans Frais" lors de votre achat. Etant donné les frais d'annulation, vous n'obtiendriez de toute façon aucun remboursement.

Ακυρώσεις (σε περίπτωση κράτησης χωρίς δωρεάν ακύρωση) επιβαρύνονται με μια χρέωση £30 / €35. Το ποσό που θα επιστραφεί εξαρτάται από το εισιτήριό σας και τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του ταξιδιωτικού πράκτορα.

Παρακαλούμε σημειώστε ότι ακυρώσεις δεν επιτρέπονται σε εισιτήρια αξίας λιγότερης των £30 / €35 εκτός αν έχετε αγοράσει τη προστασία της δωρεάν ακύρωσης μαζί με το εισιτήριό σας. Δεδομένης της χρέωσης για ακύρωση, δε θα αξίζει καν να μπείτε στον κόπο.

За бронирование билета через email или по телефону взимается £25 / €30 за каждую бронь. Мы рекомендуем Вам забронировать билеты онлайн самостоятельно: все маршруты можно забронировать на сайте.

Бронирование грузовых переправ: дополнительная плата за новое бронирование или внесение изменений в существующее бронирование не взимается.

Внесение изменений в бронирование: взимается разница в цене + сбор за изменения в забронированных билетах. Сборы за изменения следующие:

• £20/€20 в случае, если общая стоимость брони в пределах £ 0/€ 0 - £ 100/€ 100
• £35/€35 в случае, если общая стоимость брони более £ 100/€ 100

За отмену брони (в случаях, когда вариант бесплатного аннулирования за дополнительную плату не был выбран при бронировании) взимается £30 / €35. Размер возмещения стоимости билета зависит от типа билета и условий паромного оператора.

Обратите внимание, что отмена брони не допускается для билетов стоимостью менее £30 / €35, за исключением тех случаев, когда Вы при бронировании доплатили за возможность бесплатного аннулирования. Учитывая размер сбора за отмену, Вам будет невыгодно оформлять отмену билета.
