"Blue Star Ferry to Naxos"
Very pleasant journey. Ship was on time. My only concern was the assembling of foot passengers on the car deck before the ship had docked and when the cargo door was opening.

"very relaxing voyage"
On a lovely morning in early October I sailed to Paros. The ship was bigger than I expected and the voyage was comfortable and the sea was was very calm.

"Love Blue Star !"
Friendly staff, modern facilities, good selection of food and drink on board. We were impressed by the seamanship of the captain and crew. We left Piraeus on time and arrived at Thira on time. We are looking forward to using Blue Star again soon.

"Thank-you Direct Ferries!"
I travelled recently on Blue Star Delos - just short trips between Paros and Naxos. All was good: punctuality, cleanliness, catering, and the staff. But the star of the trip was the Direct Ferries team, who alerted me to impending industrial action which meant a ferry strike on one of the days I was travelling. This prompted me to change my plans and not suffer as a consequence of the strike, otherwise I would have incurred hotel fees for a reservation I couldn't make, etc etc. THANK-YOU Direct Ferries! Really impressed.

"Piraeus to Paros - Blue Star Ferries"
Contrary to some reviews Direct Ferries ticketing was efficient and problem free. Voucher was exchanged for tickets at port within 5 mins. Ferry was on time both ways and very comfortable with good amenities. All round a very good experience.

"Great way to arrive in Santorini"
Blue Star Delos is a large modern car ferry with plenty of space and good facilities. Fast and efficient. A great way to arrive in the Santorini caldera. If you don't have a transfer when you arrive, avoid the over-priced taxis and try and get the public bus up from the port!

"Good Service"
My only issue was with the seating arrangement. Almost everyone who'd booked one or more seats in the lounge ended up bickering over who was supposed to be sitting in which seat. The service could be improved if a) seats were more clearly marked and grouped and/or b) there was a staff member on hand to conduct seating arrangements.

"Stampede!!!"
The ship was on time, boarding was very fast and easy, if not a little mad with all the people rushing and the vehicles disembarking at the same time. I booked seats in the buisness lounge, they were easy to find, very comfortable but we didn't need to book as there were plenty of seating areas on board. The fast food takeaway was not very good. It was extremely slow, they took orders but the food wasn't ready and a number of people who had part of their orders ready by the time the rest was ready the original parts were then cold so had to then wait for warm food. The cafe was good. The off loading was an experience. You were called to the cargo bay and had to wait with everybody from the ship in a very hot cargo bay with your luggage until the loading bay was open ended and then it was a free for all, everybody trying to get off the ship. If you have trouble walking I would suggest waiting till the end, do not go first you will be trample led in the stampede!!!! Overall though a pleasurable experience and now I know what to expect I would travel with them again, I just would be more prepared.

"fabulously comfortable"
We had booked into business class wherein we had a nice lounge set up with good bar service. Restaurant and cafe options were limited in the floor.there was a good cafe downstairs but one could lose his spot given that the ferry got so full at the first dock stoppage. no wifi on the floor. it was available at 5 euros at a place away from business class. good seats and sofas.good service by the waiters at the bar and minicafe. Overall it was a very good experience. Go blue star.

Lovely relaxing ferry crossing - although a little late arriving at Santorini (understandable due to windy weather). Enjoyed and great start to our beautiful amazing holiday in Paros!!!

"Going to Paros, A Good Alternative to Mykonos Airport"
Going to Paros this year I decided to give it a try to the Ferry. I used to land in Athens, then Mykonos, then 40 mins of boat from Mykonos to Paros. I found the ferry from Athens Piraeus to Paros a good alternative. You save the hassle of security checks, check in - check out, etc. In addition I need to say for those landing and leaving from Mykonos, that Mykonos Airport is quite a poor airport in terms of services. The ferry is always on time, as far as I know, there are a bars and restaurants and is clean. I really suggest to try.

"Good experience "
The ferry is really beautiful and it made our trip comfortable. The only thing is that I find ridiculous that there is no free WiFi, I believe that nowadays is ridiculous to pay for that as an extra service.

"Naxos to paros "
Tickets were easy to collect from agent in harbour .for a charge of 1 euro per ticket. . The ferry departed on time and was surprisingly modern inside .... it's been a few years since travelling on such a ferry. Had seats booked for outside and it was fine with a great view and a bit more sun .. would recommend this service as it was cheap compared to the high speed service and only took 5 minutes longer .
