Unity Line is a Polish ferry company and of the largest operators in the Baltic region, specialising in regular crossings between Swinoujscie in Poland and Ystad of southern Sweden.
Carrying over three hundred and forty thousand passengers each year, and over two hundred and fifty thousand lorry drivers, Unity Line has long been a popular choice when crossing the Baltic Sea. Set up in 1994, the company links the fascinating port city of Swinoujscie, known for its Prussian fortifications and nineteenth century gardens, with Ystad, a medieval town featuring cobblestoned streets and half-timbered houses, in roughly six and a half hours.
Considered the flagship, m/f Polonia was brought into service in 1995 and widely regarded as one of the safest and, after several refurbishments, most modern ferries on the Baltic Sea. Containing two a la carte restaurants, a disco, casino and numerous shops, Polonia boasts a wide range of facilities alongside comfortable cabins. The Unity Line passenger services fleet also includes m/f Skania, a similar vessel to Polonia in terms of its contemporary style and comprehensive range of amenities, accommodating up to thirteen hundred passengers and approximately three hundred vehicles.

"Great sleep!"
Loading on our car was easy and the sleeper cabin was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we spoke no Polish or Swedish. We were travelling with older children who really enjoyed it all!

Went for a quick visit to Poland. Can only say that everything worked very well. The train station next to the ferry terminal is a very good solution. The ferry was clean and so was the cabin. Good food for very good prices. +++++ of 5+

On the outbound trip we had no expectations at all, and were posivitely surprised by the service minded staff onboard. The prices in the shop were Polish and the sortiment was great, the ferry felt very lush. On the return we sailed with another ferry but the same company, the staff was not very friendly and the food wasn't great. The shop had the same if not higher prices than Stena Line does..
