"Family trip to ireland"
We had a good crossing to Ireland. The ship was comfortable and spacious. The only disappointment was the quality of the food in the only restaurant onboard open to to all passengers. I would not recommend the tomatoe soup!

"What a good service"
I was impressed with how well Irish Ferries managed the logistics of getting so many people comfortably on and off the ship. Not always my experience. Excellent communication throughout. Pretty good ship too, comfortable, well fitted, and plenty of choice of activity for the trip.

"Good crossing"
We arrived early at holyhead and decided to change to the earlier (and faster) service, nice clean ferry with good facilities and boarded on time and left on time, was very windy but no problems with the crossing, our first time taking our own car and will definitely use again

"Bike tour of Southern Ireland"
Very good service that ran on time, on the way back we received a text from Irish Ferries and a call From Direct Ferris to tell us that we needed to change from the high speed ferry due to bad weather conditions. Very simple process that worked well and would happily use this service again from Holyhead.

"Lovely crossing"
Yet again the ferry left on time and arrived on time :) The operation was flawless, plenty of space onboard and the time seemed to go pretty quickly. Food onboard was decent and the staff were all pleasant. Good price too.

"Lovely"
We stayed in a double cabin which I have to say was like a hotel. Myself and my partner stayed with our 2 young children and we were all asleep within roughly 20mins because the beds were so comfy. Our journey was delayed by an hour and a half which I was glad for because I had a lie in but it would of been great if the captain would of updated us on the fact that they had to turn around due to an emergency and we were running late. He did however mention it eventually when we were running already an hour late. We still enjoyed our journey though! 😊👍🏽

"Holyhead to Dublin with Irish Ferries"
This was not my first Irish Ferries ship. A couple of years ago I travelled from Fishguard to Rosslare and was very impressed with the ship. This time my first impressions from the Rosslare ship were again confirmed. Irish Ferries are clean, pleasant, offer all one could wish for in the way of on board services and despite that have competitive prices. The staff are helpful and friendly - what more could you ask?

"Easy Breezy"
I took the car, a small child and a new baby on the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin and return. I arrived at the port, the queue moved quickly, I didnt have to wait long and before we knew it we were sitting comfortably watching Kung Fu Panda with a nice cup of coffee (me!), and offers of help from friendly and considerate staff at every turn. When I got to Irlenad my sister said she just didnt understand how I did managed the journey alone-the answer is simple-thanks to the efficency and fantastic staff of the ferry company! Thank you for a very enjoyable trip.

"Plain Sailing"
This was the second time we have travelled on Irish Ferries. This time we travelled on Ulysses which is a well equipped and comfortable vessel . Vehicle loading was easy and trouble free, we enjoyed a costa coffee and meal on board. There was plenty to do on board for individuals and families. We arrived in Ireland relaxed having battled our way to Holyhead on UK roads.

"Efficient and comfortable service with priority boarding"
We chose the upgrade to priority boarding because being August I thought it was likely to be a busy time of year and I wanted to make sure we had comfortable seats. As it happens, the ship did not feel crowded. However the upgrade was worth it. We were one of the first cars on and off and the special lounge was very comfortable. It had a great view through massive windows in the bows of the ship. Free food and drink was available throughout including wine and smoked salmon which was all very tasty and fresh. Due to scheduling, we had to return on the other ferry line which was nowhere near as good.

"Good logistics, hardworking crew, comfortable crossing"
Loved the Captain's cabin on the outward bound journey from HH to Dublin on Ulysses. Just perfect. The Dublin Swift did it what it's name says: swiftly bring us back to Holyhead. The crew were hardworking and professional. Thank you. TvK

Great service. I had a passenger with me with reduced mobility and on both journey legs I was 1st on the boat and parked right beside the lifts where there was also staff to support getting to the desks, etc. Could not really ask for more.
