"Travel with Ruby (our campervan)"
Decided on 7.30 a.m. a crossing in order to have full day sightseeing in Northern Ireland. Boarding was easy, ship departed/arrived on time. Had a well cooked Ulster Fry to set us up for the day. A great start to brilliant holiday.

"Dublin to holyhead "
Lads on the booking office were fantastic. They helped me out of a very difficult situation. On board very nice. That said the food was substandard and very overpriced. A very pleasant trip.

"Very pleased"
Sailed on Saturday 18th June and was very impressed with how everything ran so smoothly , It was my wife's first time in Ireland and she was a little apprehensive about the boat so it was good to see her with a smile on her face once we set sail,The boat was very clean and the staff we met polite I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

"Very Satisfied"
We thoroughly enjoyed our trips in both directions. The service by Direct Ferries was very efficient, especially when our ferry from Holyhead was cancelled because of bad weather. We will definitely use Direct Ferries again.

"Relaxing experience"
We arrived in plenty of time at the port, we were so glad to have reserved our seats in Club Class, pleased to have received good service and good food/drinks for our outbound journey, very relaxing. Only thing on the outbound journey, we took the sloooowww ferry. If we had reserved for the later service (which was 15 minutes after), we would have been on the Swift service which overtook the ferry, and arrived back much earlier that afternoon. But apart from that for our first journey .. was very good, cannot fault. Thanks

"A good way to travel to Ireland "
We travelled on the epsilon to Dublin from Holyhead and back. The return journey included a dog and elderly parents one with mobility issues. The whole experience was pleasant, especially as the weather was good. We had a meal which was tasty and the facilities were clean and easy to access. I would thoroughly recommend this route and plan to repeat this journey in 2016.
