"Boys trip"
I took my two sons (8 & 10) on a boys adventure to Rotterdam using the stena ferry. From the moment we boarded at 9pm for the Friday night crossing the fun began. An exploration of the ship, then to our cabin for a good nights sleep. The boys waited up for us to depart. In the morning chocolate custard was their breakfast highlight. (And mine). The range and quality of good was fantastic. Arriving at Hook railway station literally outside. Sunday afternoon and we were first passengers to board. Again many excellent crew around to offer help if needed. We sat right at front of shop by window and enjoyed two meals and the crossing home. Great fun and will do again

"A very comfortable trip"
Even though I arrived at Hook of Holland too late to catch the ferry that I should have taken (I started from Sweden), the staff at the Stena Lines office helped me to rebook, and allocated me a cabin. The loading went smoothly and then I was able to go directly to the restaurant and have a relaxing dinner. Breakfast was also good and set me up for the next part of the journey to North Wales (another 350 miles). Very good service all round.

"A comfortable voyage."
I must say that Stena Lines service was excellent on our recent trip to Hook of Holland. The boarding process was easy and fast. The cabin was roomy and clean. Leaving the vessel in the morning was also speedy. I will travel another time with Stena Line. Thank you.

"STENA launch plus"
I really appreciated this separated launch. If you don't want to be amongst noisy televisions and playing kids, this is a very good alternative for a reasonable price. Plus, the free coffee is of excellent quality.

"Comfortable, but a little expensive "
The crossing was good and the ship is very comfortable but cannot understand why items in the shop and Restaurant has to be so expensive. When comparing costs with other Stena Line ferries....i.e. Travelumnde to Ventspils. Crew are really very friendly and so very helpful and approachable.

"You won't be disappointed"
The very best way to start or finish your trip to Europe. My only major gripes would be the extraordinarily length of time it took to disembark (over 30 minutes on each crossing) and the absolutely outrageous cost of breakfast. The lounge is good value for money but should have been available to book online. The economy cabins were clean and although not exactly comfortable more than adequate to grab a few hours' shuteye.

"Try Direct Ferries, THE BEST"
Having tried the Ferry Company first for our requirements, I was so surprised the difference in the cost being offered by Direct ferries. I shall now always use DIRECT FERRIES first. You cannot beat it, try it yourself.

"Excellent Service!"
We had an inside cabin on both sailings. The facilities in the cabins were excellent and they were both very clean. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff we dealt with both on the ferry and at the terminals. We'd definitely use Stena Line again!

"It was what it was ! "
Everything was great and fast the boarding, the journey and the disembarking, why do you have to take people's eyes out when they want to buy something from a bar or a restaurant . The service was fast but take ya own food and drink for the journey!!!!

"A good night's sleep !"
This is quite simply the best ferry service. Driving onto the ferry is straightforward. The cabins are perfect for a good night's sleep. The beds are very comfortable and it is great to be able to shower after a long drive. The staff on the ferry are particularly helpful and go out of their way to be friendly and thoughtful. The food served in the restaurants is reasonably priced and of a good quality. Going on this ferry was the best bit of my journey.

"Clean and Comfortable "
The boat was clean and comfortable. It arrived on time and the trip was uneventful. The tannoy could have been louder as we were unable to hear the broadcasts over the general chatter. The food and drinks were good but expensive.

"Crossing on Hollandica"
Took a Captain Class cabin for the overnight passage to Hook of Holland, the cabin was spacious and well fitted. The range of included drinks and snacks was great. We didn't eat on board on this trip because of the timing. However we had a great meal in the restaurant on the way back. The extra cost of the Captain Class cabin was well worth it as we had a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds. Word of advice always take extra pillows if you usually use two.
