Operated by Moby Lines on the Livorno Olbia route
Moby Aki is a big, fast, new-generation ferry with huge vehicle and passenger capacity as well as a wide range of onboard services including around 300 cabins, a choice of places to eat and drink, a pool with sundeck, children’s play area and much more.
There’s a selection of air-conditioned en-suite cabins on the Moby Aki with a choice of inside or sea view (‘outside’). There are also ‘junior suites’ for up to 4 people and a reserved seating area equipped with coach seats.
There’s no shortage of places to eat and drink onboard the Moby Aki ferry! In the à la carte restaurant chefs create delicious menus using typical Mediterranean ingredients whilst the self-service restaurant offers a range of freshly cooked delicious dishes, including a fun children's menu. Authentic Italian pizza is available at the pizzapoint and there is also a choice of cafeterias, a snack bar and an ice cream parlour.
If you want to have a drink whilst topping up your tan then the Lido Bar on the sundeck is the place for you or if you want a relaxing evening sipping cocktails then head to the Piano bar. There is also a coffee shop and a sports bar where you can catch up with the latest sporting events on a big screen TV whilst enjoying your favourite drinks.
You can buy just about anything in the Moby Aki onboard shopping centre including clothing, children’s toys, maps, magazines and books.
In addition to the facilities already mentioned, the luxurious Moby Aki features a swimming pool with sundeck, panoramic lounge, kennels for domestic pets and satellite television.
For children, travelling with Moby Lines will be a trip into the world of imagination, not least due to the Looney Tunes branding and figures which can be found everywhere onboard. Moby Lines Moby Aki has a dedicated children’s play area that they call ‘Children's World’. The videogames rooms are bursting with games for older children too.
If you will require assistance during your trip then you must specify this at time of booking and ensure that you arrive at the port at least two hours before the departure time to discuss requirements with the check-in staff to ensure that your vehicle can be parked within easy reach of access ways and assistance provided during boarding and disembarkation.
Please Note: Whilst we have taken great care in making our Moby Aki guide as accurate as possible, onboard facilities, services and entertainment may vary depending on the date and time of year that you travel, facilities mentioned may change without notification and ferry companies reserve the right to operate vessels other than those mentioned at time of booking without prior notification.

"trip to sardinia"
we received a warm welcome and the guy at the port office was very friendly. On board no problem, exept for the rough sea. Restaurant service can be improved. The cabin and the service on board were excellent

"A good crossing"
The boarding area in Livorno is difficult to find and you could easily miss the departure. You need to improve the signposting from the motorway. The cabin, the service and the cleanliness on board were good.

"A night crossing from Olbia to Livorno with Moby Lines"
Good overall. Negative: the wake-up call in the cabins is too brusque, too loud, too soon. Negative: people sleeping on the stairs and blocking them I didn't use the restaurant.

"excessive prices for cabins"
I found the price of the cabin excessive for the service provided

"A crossing between Livorno and Olbia"
Thank you for letting me express my dissatisfaction. We were welcomed aboard a Moby Line boat by a very unpleasant staff at the reception, at the bar and at the restaurant. The Moby Line staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job and treats the customers with contempt. A smile or a polite attitude don't cost the earth. Moreover, the shower are not clean. We are used to travelling with Corsica Ferries and will use this company again in the future. Their service is better and they don't treat their client with disdain and vulgarity.

"August 2013"
All went well, the cabin was in perfect condition. The only flaw is the restaurant service, I would recommend to take sandwiches because the quality isn't great and the prices are too high.

"Compliment to Moby Lines "
Good in all respects. Particularly positive: Although the ferry arrived with a considerable delay in Olbia, boarding went quietly and quickly over the stage and the ship ran aground with slight delay from. Compliments to the crew!

No problem regarding this boat and the services. However, we experienced a delay of 1 and 1/2 hour at our arrival in Livorno.

1 hour delay both way. The amenities of the cabins were good. The food was overpriced.

"As we expected"
The trip was as we expected. The only thing I would recommend to travellers who have chosen this journey with reservations chair, to bring a sweatshirt or sweater because the air conditioning is set to a polar temperature.

"A trip to Sardegna"
As satisfied as always to travel with moby lines to go to santa teresa, with its nice little bar and its one hour crossing, time flies. Crossing to Bonifaccio via Sardegna. The crossing wa short, so we didn't have any meals.
