Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Italian city of Bari, located in the province of Bari, lies on the Adriatic Sea coast. The town is perhaps best known for its university and sea port. There are many visitor attractions in the city including the Basilica di San Nicola which was established in the 11th century to receive the remains of Saint Nicolas which are now located beneath the church's altar in the crypt. Igoumenitsa Guide

The Greek city of Igoumenitsa is located in the north west of Greece and is separated from the nearby island of Corfu by the Gulf of Igoumenitsa. The city was, until the second part of the 20th century, a small port whose residents were mainly employed in one way or another with the fishing industry. The majority of the city's buildings are post war as the city was badly damaged during the Second World War. With many of the buildings constructed in the 1960's -1980's there are not many sites of historical interest to see in the city.

Despite this there are some nice examples of modern office buildings lining the main street which stretches along the city's coastline. Most of the city's restaurants have terraces which enables diners to take in the lovely views of the coast whilst dining on fresh local produce. The best time to visit the city is between May and September as there is little rain and the temperatures are nice and warm. This enables visitors to explore the city and its surrounding countryside.
