Anek Superfast

Anek Superfast is a joint venture between two of the Adriatic's best known ferry companies, Anek Lines and Superfast Ferries, on their routes between Italy and Greece and from the Greek mainland to Crete.

On the ferry services between Italy and Greece, the Anek Superfast ships link the Italian ports of Ancona, Venice and Bari with the Greek ports of Patras, Igoumenitsa and Corfu while domestically they connect the port of Piraeus (Athens) with Chania and Heraklion in Crete.

The Italy - Greece crossings are operated by the ultra-modern ships named Hellenic Spirit, Superfast II, Superfast VI and Superfast XI, while the Crete link utilises the Olympic Champion, Elyros, Kriti II and Superfast XII.

By combining their efforts, the two companies can optimise the capacity across their route network to better reflect demand and ensure a convenient, reliable and efficient experience for you, the traveller. Moreover, the parent company, Anek Lines was awarded as ‘Best Company of 2008 for Passenger Shipping’ at the annual Greek Shipping Awards.

  • "Start of our return journey from Corfu to Home"

    From start to finish the ferry crossing was great. Driving on and off was stress free and the sun shone through the whole day so was able to sit on deck. Inside the seating was very comfortable and there was a good choice of menu for breakfast and dinner though we did find it expensive. We had an inside cabin which again was very comfortable and we slept very well though it's like a maze trying to find your cabin so just keep looking at the signs on the walls showing the numbers!!!! Will definitely use it again.

  • "Floating Comfort"

    I was so tired after a long drive from Turkey and fell asleep in my bunk fast. I had a bunk in a shared female dormitory and it was lovely to go to sleep feeling the slight rocking of the ferry. There was a good shower in the dormitory as well. I have tried the other lines that do this trip but will never go back to another company. Anek Lines are perfect; staff and facilities are professional. Thank you Anek!
