Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Vulcano Rinella ferry route connects Aeolian Islands with Aeolian Islands. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Liberty Lines Fast Ferries. The crossing operates up to 42 times each week with sailing durations from around 25 minutes.
Vulcano Rinella sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Prices shown represent the average one way price paid by our customers. The most common booking on the Vulcano Rinella route is a car and 1 passenger.
The small Italian volcanic island of Vulcano lies in the Tyrrhenian Sea and is around 25 km to the north of Sicily, and is the most southerly of the eight islands that make up the Aeolian Islands. The island is only around 21 sq. km and its highest point is just under 500 m above sea level. There are a number of volcanos on the island, and includes one of four active, non-submarine, volcanoes in Italy. The most recent volcanic activity is the Gran Cratere at the top of the Fossa cone, the cone having grown in the Lentia Caldera in the middle of the island, and has had at least 9 major eruptions in the last 6,000 years. However, the island's volcanoes have been quiet since around 1890 when Fossa erupted and deposited around 5 meters of pyroclastic material on the summit. The island is also famous for its hot springs which are located a short walk from the harbour. For the brave, visitors are able to walk to the crater of a volcano where you can observe smoke coming out of the ground!
Hydrofoil and ferry services connect Vulcano to the other Aeolian Islands and to Sicily and the mainland. Access from Milazzo in Sicily is convenient, as Vulcano is the boat's first stop from there as they continue to the other islands.
Rinella is a small Italian village that is located on the island of Salina which is one of the Aeolian Islands. The island's full name is Santa Marina Salina and lies around 120 km to the north east of Palermo and 70 km to the north west of Messina. The island is well known for its black sandy beaches and its caves and also for its square which was used as a filming location for the movie "Volcano".
There are three areas on Salina: Santa Marina on the eastern coast, Malfa to the north and Leni to the south west and from Leni heading down to the coast is the village of Rinella. Located above the village of Leni is Valdichiesa in the island's centre. Other small villages on Salina are Capo Faro, Pollara and Lingua.
The village is home to the island's port where ferries can be taken to Palermo and Milazzo on the island of Sicily.
