    The outbound Bari-Durres has been excellent but in the return route my cabin was without private toilets and the air conditioning too strong.

  • "not for disabled"

    the website is not updated with the new car models, I couldn't find my car. I couldn't book for a disabled cabin or to inform the port staff that I need a special parking in the garage to help me. On the outbound, the ship's capitan knew my condition, and everyone could see that i'm a wheelchiar user, but no one helped me giving me a different cabin. They said it was a disabled cabin, but actually it was smaller than a normal one. I couldn't use the toilet in the cabin because it was too small. There are steps to go in and out from the lifts, that's a big problem for me. On the return trip the cabin was bigger but anyway not big enough. There are laws, from the 1986, to protect disabled people and to make a place suitable for us and there are a lot of ships with bigger cabins, bigger lifts, larger toilets and without steps. disabled life it's not easy, they should improve a lot.
