Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Turku Guide

Turku is a city located on the south west coast of Finland and lies at the mouth of the River Aura. The city's history stretches back to the 13th century which makes it Finland's oldest city and was at one point the most important population centre in the country. Between 1809 and 1812 Turku was Finland's capital city and continued to be Finland's largest city until the end of the 1840's.

Although Turku today does not quite have the same level of national importance as it used to have it is still the regional capital and an important base for commerce in northern Europe. The city has been the site of many of Finland's most important events and has had a significant influence of the country's history. Turku was awarded European Capital of Culture for 2011 along with the Estonian city of Tallin. Also, in 1996 Turku was declared the official Christmas City of Finland.

Due to its location, Turku is a notable commercial and passenger seaport with over three million passengers travelling through its port each year to Stockholm and Mariehamn.

Langnas Guide

Langnas is a town in Finland that is located on the eastern side of Lumperland, on the eastern mainland of Aland. Silja Line built a ferry terminal in the town in the early 1960's which was later removed in 1993 only to be replaced by a new terminal in 1999. The new terminal was built in order to accommodate the large cruise ferries that operate on the Stockholm to Turku route and is used as an alternative to Mariehamn Harbour on connections that have few passengers to and from Aland. The oldest surviving church in the region, and a popular attraction, is the Church of Lumperland which is dedicated to St Andrew and dates back to the 1720's.

Ferry services from the town's port depart to Stockholm and Turku. For cars travelling to Stockholm, check in opens 30 minutes prior to departure and 1 hour before departure for services to Turku.
