"Nador/Almeira crossing"
We had a cabin without any external opening, with no blanket and no toilet paper. We had to ask for it at the reception. Moreover, the temperature in the cabin was very cold and we couldn't modify it. It's a shame, because it's fairly expensive.

"Point of view"
The journey went well, but getting the tickets is difficult. There is too many people and not enough ticket offices.

Why doesn't the reception ask if we wish a cabin with a porthole? All the European receptionists are there to cater for passengers, whereas the Marocan receptionists thinks that the boat belongs to them.

"Niceness"
I'd like to thank the people at the ticket office in Valencia for their help. They've done their best to deal with my booking problem and were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.
