"Easy & Comfortable"
We booked a cabin for our overnight trip & were pleasantly surprised by how spacious & comfortable it was. I'd recommend grabbing a bite to eat as quickly as you can once on board.

"A nice alternative to stay overnight "
This was the first time to stay overnight in a ship in Italy, which was nice and confortable. We booked a 1st class cabin and could sleep well. It was a nice alternative to travel overnight with a nice situation instead of train or bus journey. Apart from the nice experience, I have to ask you to improve your booking system on the web. I booked two routes on the very same day because I found I misplaced an order from Naple to Palermo istead of the vice versa. After I replaced the new order, my former booking on my page disappered and I could not cancel the misplaced order. That is to say, I had to pay double. It's not also good that I could not find any way to do under this situation on your page.

"Two night ferries - Napoli-Palermo-Napoli"
Good service. I chose deck and the possibility to sleep comfortably in the bar, which is also open all night, is good. One suggestion: to add to the ferri a container for left baggage, optional for 1 Euro, so one does not need to guard the baggage if travelling alone. More convenient and safe. Ferries in Greece have that arrangement, and it's very good.

"Palermo to Naples."
We found our cabin excellent and well stocked. Would us this ship again. Did find it very confusing locating the booking office at Palermo. The name of the ship was slightly different to on our boarding pass. As there were no indicators on the wharf pointing to walking passengers. The boarding process was totally confusing.

"Great way to get there"
We booked this as we wanted to travel from mainland to Sicily but did not want to drive all the way down so we travelled overnight and it was great the cabin was good the facilities were good and we pre booked dinner in the restaurant that was excellent value for money and was some of the best food we had during our entire trip you should really do this to save money and get an excellent meal. I would recommend this to anyone as an alternative to travelling to Sicily by land.

"Beautiful trip"
Our trip was like a mini cruise ship. Accommodations were excellent, food choices good and we left and arrived on time. Beautiful sunrise from deck and scenery upon arrival in Palermo.

"Overnight to Naples"
Ship was great. We had an inside private cabin which came with a private bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. The bedding on the twin beds was extremely comfortable and clean. Public rooms and dining rooms were well designed and in great shape.

"Like a cruise!!"
That was a really nice trip. I was lucky enough to have my cabin of 4 to myself! If you book, I would highly recommend you book a cabin to have some comfort for the night.

""very nice surprise""
We really didn't know what kind of ferry or conditions we might encounter on the trip. In an effort to make the trip as palatable as possible, we booked a First Class berth(I recommend highly). The ferry was clean, had the feeling of a cruise ship once you got to the lounge area. Even the small twin beds in our cabin were very comfortable. Spent most of the trip sleeping in comfort. Great surprise, highly recommend. Great staff also, only suggestion would be to bring your own food and drink. They supply both and have a nice buffet and dinner if you prefer.

"Monday 14/09/15 Napoli Palermo"
The volume of the tv in the common area was to loud, especially for who was sittinr right under it, they could not even look correctly ad the screen because of the too close position. It would be better to instal more than one speacker around the area to keep the volume lower and not only one at the front making all this noise to let hear people at the back. The cleaning on board was excellent 9, restaurant really good 8, staff 9 (all kind and friendly, at the restaurant, in the garage), excellent even the comfort of the seats and the space. See next time.

"Polar freezing: too cold"
The journey went well. The only problem of this company, that I always find when I travel with them is the air conditioner. Temperature is too low. During the night it reached polarar temperatures. I had goose bumps! Really bad!!!

Good time, clean cabins, perhaps the cafè shop was full of people taking busy seats reserved to who wants to buy. A ship I sure will use again.

I discovered the cabin has resonable price but still a bit high, is a perfect and restful way to travel for 10 hours.
