Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Agaete ferry route connects Tenerife with Gran Canaria. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Fred Olsen Express. The crossing operates up to 56 times each week with sailing durations from around 1 hour 20 minutes.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife Agaete sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Prices shown represent the average one way price paid by our customers. The most common booking on the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Agaete route is a car and 2 passengers.
Located on the Spanish island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the joint capital of the Canary Islands, along with Las Palmas. The city is usually just called Santa Cruz and is located in the north east of Tenerife, around 210 km off the north western coast of Africa. Located in the city is the Parliament of the Canary Islands, the Canarian Ministry of the Presidency, which is shared on a 4 year term with Las Palmas, half of the Ministries and Boards of the Canarian Government (the other half is in Gran Canaria), the Tenerife Provincial Courts and two courts of the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands.
The city's port plays an important role in trade between Europe, Africa and the Americas. The city is the focus for domestic and inter-island communications in the Canary Islands. Ferry services from the port depart to mainland Spain, the rest of the Canary Islands and beyond.
Agaete is a region in the Province of Las Palmas, in the north west of the island of Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, Spain. Popular tourist attractions include the church Iglesia de la Concepcion, in the historic town centre, which replaced the chapel and led to the first streets and town square of the municipality. A new residential area was constructed after a new parish church was built following a fire in 1874. Opposite this the Plaza de la Constitución was built and nearby the principal old-style buildings of the town were also built.
Located in Puerto de Las Nieves, the region's coastal area, is the Chapel and the Triptych of Our Lady of the Snows, which is attributed to the 16th century Flemish painter Joos Van Cleve. Puerto de Las Nieves is a lovely place to take a stroll or to swim in the Atlantic Ocean's clear waters. It is also the place to visit if you want to see the Dedo de Dios (God's Finger) which is a rock formation that protrudes from the sea. It is also the place to be at twilight in order to see the amazing mountain of Teide.
