    Anyone travelling from La Palma to Tenerife should know that there is stopover in La Gomera to pick up passengers. This was not clear at the outset. The boat is clean and the amenities good and the staff friendly. However ...this journey is not for the faint hearted or for those who suffer from travelsickness. Between La Gomera and La Palma the sea is very rough. Also the trips either start or end at night or early morning due to scheduling.

    Ah dear Fred, you were on time for once. The only time in three crossings. Otherwise, the trimaran is clean and fast. Before booking with Fred, check the competition, it might be interesting (pricewise) and from what I have heard they are always on time.

The Spanish city of Santa Cruz de la Palma is located on the east coast of the island of La Palma, one of the Canary Islands. It is the island's second largest city, after Los Llanos de Aridane, but it is the island's capital. The city was founded by 1493 by Alonso Fernandez de Lugo and was located next to a river that was situated by a cave named Tedote (now Cueva de Carla) to the north of the city.
