Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The San Sebastian de la Gomera Playa Santiago ferry route connects La Gomera with Tenerife. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Fred Olsen Express. The crossing operates up to 21 times each week with sailing durations from around 30 minutes.
San Sebastian de la Gomera Playa Santiago sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Located on the Spanish island of La Gomera is the town of San Sebastian de la Gomera which is the island's capital and home to its port. La Gomera is one of the Canary Islands and its port is located on the ferry route to the islands of Tenerife, La Palma and El Hierro. The city has an interesting historic past and is regarded as the main centre for culture and commerce on the island. Christopher Columbus spent time on the island and San Sebastian de la Gomera was his final point of departure on the way to his discovery of America. Popular attractions in the city include the Torre del Conde which is a medieval fortress and the oldest preserved building on the island. Also of interest is the Church of Our Virgin of the Assumption, the museum of religious art works from the 16th to the 19th centuries and the Chapel of St. Sebastian which was constructed around 1530. Also popular is the well, Casa de la Aguada, where legend has it Christopher Columbus took water from it and baptised the newly discovered continent with it.
Ferries from the port depart to Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz de La Palma and Valverde.
On the south coast of the island of La Gomera in the Canary Islands lies the small town of Playa Santiago, also known as Playa de Santiago.
Playa Santiago used to be the busiest centre on the island with factories, a shipyard and a port exporting local bananas and tomatoes until the 1960s when the town was hit by a farming crisis.
However, tourism has bought new life to the town in the recent years. Situated in the sunniest area of La Gomera, Playa Santiago is now one of the most important tourist spots on the island. Its town centre is home to the outstanding parish church of Salvador del Mundo which contains a Christ from the 17th century and the hermitage of San Lorenzo.
Close to Playa Santiago in the Alajero area are a few other coastal places to visit, such as the beach of Erese.
