Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Reggio Calabria Messina ferry route connects Italy with Sicily. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Liberty Lines Fast Ferries. The crossing operates up to 16 times each day with sailing durations from around 35 minutes.
Reggio Calabria Messina sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Prices shown represent the average one way price paid by our customers on this route. Prices shown are per person.
Messina is an Italian city and is sometimes referred to as 'the door of Sicily' and lies on the Strait of Messina in the north east of Sicily. The city's port has played an important role in the city's growth and fortunes and supports tourism for the city and surrounding area and is also home to commercial and military shipyards. Since 1548, Messina has been a Roman Catholic Archdiocese and Archimandrite and is also home to the University of Messina which was founded in 1548 by Ignatius of Loyola. A popular tourist attraction in the city is the 12th century cathedral which guards the remains of King Conrad who was ruler of Germany and Sicily during the 13th century. Following a huge earthquake in 1908 the cathedral had to be almost completely rebuilt between 1919-1920 and then again in 1943 following a fire that was caused by Allied bombing during the Second World War.
Ferry services from Messina operate to one of two ports in Calabria (Villa San Giovanni and Reggio Calabria) or on a longer ferry ride to Salerno, just south of Naples.
