Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Phuket is one of the most well-known and popular tourist resorts belonging to Thailand. Laying on the south west coast, there are many ferry routes departing the port, all heading to other ports around Thailand, with durations ranging from one hour to nine hours.

What is there to do in Phuket?

The largest island belonging to Thailand, Phuket is so large that it barely feels like an island. The party reputation it maintains may be justified, after all the streets in summer are littered with tourists sampling the cheap alcohol in between moving across the myriad of bars and clubs. However, there is a lot more to Phuket than beach tans and booze; the town centre offers an interesting cultural experience with the array of museums and art galleries, whilst the north of the island embodies a relatively peaceful haven. Sirinat National Park and Khao Thaew Reserve supply the opportunity to witness some stunning views of breathtaking mountainside, perfect for enviable photos.

Even if sunbathing and watersports aren’t your thing, it would be a shame to miss out on the beautiful scenery that surrounds the Andaman Sea. Adrenaline junkies flock on the speed boat tours that circle the neighbouring islands, or for a more tranquil, romantic experience, the sunset dinner cruise is the perfect way for couples to spend an evening. Alternatively, the beaches that line the coastline are ideal for whiling away a few hours under the glorious sunshine.
