Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Palma Guide

The city of Palma is located on the south coast of the Spanish island of Majorca and is the capital city of the Balearic Islands. The city lies on the Bay of Palma and is surrounded to the north and west by a mountain range, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, called the Serra de Tramuntana. The city's history dates back to Roman times when the site of the present day city was an established Roman camp. Over the course of its history, the city has also come under the rule of the Byzantine Empire, the Moors and James I of Aragon.

The city is now very popular with tourists with attractions like La Seu, the city's cathedral. Built on the site of an earlier mosque, construction on the cathedral began in 1229 and was finally completed in 1601. Also in the city is the Parc de la Mer (the Park of the Sea) which is overlooked by the cathedral and is where visitors can relax under a large yellow and blue canopy which provides shade to a row of wooden benches.

Palma Ferry Port is located on the south western side of the city and provides excellent views of the cathedral as ferries depart. The busy port has good connections to major roads leading out of the city. Destinations available from the port include Ibiza, Mahon, Barcelona, Valencia and Denia.

Mahon Guide

The capital of the Spanish island of Majorca is Mahon and is a mix of old and new buildings and is popular with tourists. Although it is a Spanish city there are also strong Menorcan influences which is reflected in the city's museums. The city's busy port is also one of the world's natural deep-water ports and extends inland for a couple of miles. A popular attraction in the city is the Museu de Menorca which is the largest museum on the island and contains exhibits that tells the story of the island's archaeological past along with works of fine art. Also popular with tourists is the Xoriguer Gin Distillery which is located on the Moll; de Ponent harbour front and is where it is possible to see the large copper stills used to produce the gin. Also available from the distillery are tickets for tours of the harbour which take around one hour.

Mahon ferry port has year round sailings connecting the city to Barcelona and Valencia on the Spanish mainland. You can also catch ferries to Palma and to Alcudia, Majorca and to Ibiza. Ferries also operate to and from Ciutadella in the summer months.
