Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Motril Guide

Located in the Spanish province of Granada is the town of Motril which is the second largest town located on the Mediterranean Sea coast.. The town is around 70 km from the city of Granada, close to the Guadalfeo River and nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Lujar mountains, midway between Malaga and Almeria. For any visitor choosing to explore the delights of the coastal and inland region of Andalusia, Motril is the perfect town in which to be based. The many tourists who visit the town enjoy its beaches and sunny weather, the lovely local produce and the town and surrounding region's cultural heritage. The town is also the main shopping hub for the Costa Tropical and therefore has excellent shops, a hypermarket, bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

Granada's coast enjoys a subtropical climate, and its clear, warm, waters of the Mediterranean Sea make it the perfect location for water sports. Scuba divers also head to the area to experience one of the most beautiful sea floors on the Andalusian coastline.

Nador Guide

Nador is a Moroccan city that is located in the Rif region of north east Morocco with the city's port lying on the Bhar Amezzyan Lagoon. It is believed Nador was founded by the Berber Civilisation, and then later ruled by the Phoenicians, the Romans and then the Arabs. It is not certain where the city derives its name. Some think the name of the city may have originated from the name ‘Has Nador’ which is a small settlement near the lagoon. Others, however, think it may have originated from the Arabic word “nadar’ which means sight and that matches more as Nador is a strategic point of observation with Spain. Either way, the city has been popular with most of the Moroccan Kings, King Omar ibn Idriss II in particular and the Almoravide King Youssef ibn Tachfin.

Nador was known as a centre of smuggling cheap Spanish and Chinese duty-free goods. Currently the smuggling has declined but takes place and seems to competes with a smuggling route from Algeria. Many used consumer goods from Europe and China also find their way to Morocco and Africa via Melilla and Nador, both legally and illegally.
