Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Milazzo Panarea ferry route connects Sicily with Aeolian Islands. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Liberty Lines Fast Ferries. The crossing operates up to 56 times each week with sailing durations from around 1 hour 25 minutes.
Milazzo Panarea sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Prices shown represent the average one way price paid by our customers. The most common booking on the Milazzo Panarea route is a car and 1 passenger.
The Sicilian city of Milazzo is the third largest city in the Province of Messina and has a population of around 32,000. Located around 40 km from Sicily's capital, Milazzo is situated at the base of the peninsular that protrudes into the Tyrrhenian Sea. An important and popular sight in the city is the Castle of Milazzo, the building of which is believed to have been started by the Arabs and then enlarged by the Normans and restored by Frederick II. The castle's walls have round towers on them and also a 14th century Gothic portal. Other interesting sights include the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the Rock Church of St Anthony of Padua, the Sanctuary of St Francis of Paola and the Baroque Church of the Holy Crucifix.
From the port of Milazzo ferries depart to the Aeolian Islands and Naples.
Panarea is an Italian island that lies off the north eastern coast of the island of Sicily and is the second smallest of the Aeolian islands which are a group of volcanic islands. The island is popular with tourists who go there to enjoy its beaches and lovely scenery and for a small island, it is surprisingly well equipped. San Pietro on the island's east coast is the landing beach for the island and is also where most services and facilities are located. There is also a small port that caters for ships, hydrofoils, fishing vessels and pleasure boats.
Among the beaches on the island are Cala Junco, in the south of the island and is accessible both by sea and by land along a path that leads to the beach. Along the road to Cala Junco you can also reach the beach of Cala degli Zimmari. These are the only two beaches on the island accessible by land.
The small port accommodates ferries departing to Napoli and Milazzo.
