Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Marseille Guide

The French city and port of Marseille lies on the Mediterranean Sea coast in the south of France. It is France's second largest city and France's largest commercial port. Stretching to the east from the Old Port to the Reformes Quarter is the city's main thoroughfare. At the entrance to the Old Port are two large forts, Fort Saint Nicolas on the south and Fort Saint Jean on the north. The Frioul Archipelago is located in the Bay of Marseille and is made up of four islands. Located on one of the islands is the Chateau d'If which was made famous by the novel by Dumas, The Count of Monte Cristo. The city's centre has a number of pedestrianised streets, most notably the Rue St Ferreol, Cours Julien near the Music Conservatory, the Cours Honore-d'Estienne-d'Orves which is off the Old Port, and the area around the Hotel de Ville.

Four ferry companies run routes out of Marseille and offer scheduled services to Corsica, Sardinia, Algeria and Tunisia. There are four separate terminals and are all in the "gares maritimes sud" (southern terminals) district. National Terminals One and Two serve passengers to and from Corsica and Sardinia, while International Terminals Three and Four serve passengers to and from Algeria and Tunisia.

Skikda Guide

Skikda is a port city in north eastern Algeria on the Gulf of Stora with a population of around a quarter of a million people.

Until 1962 when the Algerian War of Independence ended, Skikda was known as Philippeville. Its landscape is hilly and forested, with high ridges on both the western and eastern sides of the city. With its Mediterranean climate and numerous beaches along the natural coastline, Skikda is an increasingly popular tourist destination.

Skikda is the third largest commercial port in Algeria after neighbouring Algiers and Oran.
