Good service I would recommend them again
I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service
I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.
Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

The Kastelorizo Naxos ferry route connects Dodecanese Islands with Cyclades Islands. Currently there is just the 1 ferry company operating this ferry service, Blue Star Ferries. The crossing operates up to 1 times each week with sailing durations from around 18 hours 10 minutes.
Kastelorizo Naxos sailing durations and frequency may vary from season to season so we’d advise doing a live check to get the most up to date information.
Located in the south east Mediterranean Sea, the Greek island of Kastelorizo lies around 2 km off the south coast of Turkey, 570 km to the south east of Athens, midway between the islands of Rhodes and Antalya and 280 km from Cyprus which is to the south east. The small island, which measures around 9 sq. km., has three capes: Agios Stefanos to the north, Pounenti in the south west and Nifti in the east. Located on a wide bay, between the capes of Agios Stefanos and Nifti, is the island's main harbour and only town.
The island's terrain mainly consists of high mountains which lead to cliffs down to the sea. In the more fertile areas of the island you can see olives, grapes and beans growing. The houses in the island's town are of Anatolian style and tend to be slender with timber balconies. To the east of the entrance to the harbour there is are remnants of a single story, former Italian governate, erected in 1926. Close by, is the island's former Ottoman mosque which dates back to the second half of the 18th century. The building has since been restored and is now a museum.
Ferries from the port connect the island to Rhodes, Kos, Nisyros, Piraeus, Kalymnos, Symi and Astypalea.
Naxos is a Greek island that lies in the Aegean Sea and is part of the Cyclades group of islands. The island has a rich and interesting history and has been ruled by a number of different civilisations during its history, including the Byzantine, Frankish and Venetians, all of which have left their mark on the island. The island has a flourishing agricultural economy thanks to its fertile terrain and visitors will see both olives and grapes being grown.
Popular attractions on the island, aside from its lovely beaches, tend to focus around Hora and include the Venetian Castle. Also popular with visitors are the island's villages, with one of the largest being Filoti which is situated next to Mount Zeus and Apiranthos which is next to Mount Fanari. Another popular way to spend time on the island is to take to one of the many trails on the island and to go hiking into the mountains.
The island's port is also located in Chora. From the port ferries depart to Piraeus (Athens) and to the other islands in the Cyclades.
