"Excellent and punctual service"
I booked with Iscomar from Italy on Direct Ferries website the Alcudia-Ciutadella trip. Even if it was a busy season, ship was not busy at all. The departure was punctual, the service on board was essential but efficient for a 2h30 crossing. The only odd thing of the booking was the check in time, 90 minutes before the departure. Travelling without car I thought it was too much. There was no queue at the ticket office and I had to wait a long timen at the Alcudia port before the departure, fortunately the port is really modern and comfortable. In general, the service is good and I cannot give anything but a good judgment.
