    Had a wonderful time in Formentera worth a trip. The Ferry is basic seating and took roughly 55 minutes to make the crossing. One thing to keep in mind if you book online and get a confirmation This is not a Ticket You will need to go to the Ferry terminal and display or print out your confirmation and a tick will be issued. Give yourself plenty of time to Queue to get the printed ticket. We displayed the e-mail via Mobile phone.

The Spanish island of Ibiza is located in the Mediterranean Sea and is one of the Balearic Islands. It lies around 80 km off the coast of Valencia on the east coast of the Spanish mainland. As a result of its many nightclubs and bars, the island has gained a reputation for its summer club scene, with many people visiting the island just to experience its nightlife. However, visitors to Ibiza should expect more than just nightclubs. In addition to Ibiza Town, large parts of the island have also been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites which provides protection to these beautiful and important parts of the island from future development.

Formentera Guide

The Spanish island of Formentera is one of the Balearic Islands and is roughly 20 km long and lies around 6 km to the south of the island of Ibiza. The island is known as the last Mediterranean paradise because it is successfully been able to provide a good mix of environmental protection along with tourism. The island is relatively inaccessible as the only way to get to it is by boat from Ibiza which makes the island a great place to visit if peace and tranquillity is what you are after. Visitors to the island enjoy cycling or swimming off one of the island's 20 km of beaches. The Posidonea Prairie that surrounds the island acts as a natural water treatment plant that cleans the water and makes Formentera different from the rest of the Mediterranean. The sea off the coast of the island is an underwater jungle and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
