Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Forming one of the Channel Islands in the English Channel, the island of Guernsey is a possession of the British Crown and lies around 50 km to the west of the Normandy coast in France and 120 km to the south of Weymouth, on the south coast of England. The island has a milder climate than much of the UK which is why the island's inhabitants seem to make the most of the outdoors. There are beautiful beaches to visit, cliff paths to trek along and some island hopping to be had. During the summer months, a spot of 'al fresco' dining may even be possible. Guernsey's capital, St Peter Port, is characterised by its pretty cobbled streets and beautiful marina.

There are many things for visitors to see and do on the island. The island's spectacular coastline and countryside provide the backdrop to pursue a wide range of outdoor activities including coasteering, climbing, cycling, diving, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing and sailing.

The island's port is also in St Peter Port and is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The ferry terminal provides services to other Channel Islands, France and the UK mainland. The terminal building has many shops and restaurants.

St Malo Guide

Although St. Malo may not be one of the biggest cities in the Brittany area of France, it is close to Mont Saint Michel and is a really good base for visitors to explore the city and its surrounding area. There are a number of popular attractions in the city with the most historic located along the cobblestone alleys around the walled city. The city's ramparts provide a lovely view of the city and immediate surrounding area and the Cathedrale St. Vincent, located on the Place Jean de Chatillon is the city's centrepiece attraction. Also popular in the city are the Fort National, the Chateau de St. Malo, the amazing Grand Aquarium and the city's lovely sandy beaches.

The city is the final destination for the daily Condor Ferry, which starts in Weymouth, England, stopping off at both Guernsey and Jersey along the way.
