The Condor Liberation was purchased by Condor Ferries in late 2014 and is the latest member of the fleet to run on their routes between England and the Channel Islands. The first of its kind to sail in Northern Europe, she can hold up to 880 passengers and has space for 245 cars. The Condor Liberation has a more stable design than existing high speed ferries and as a result will be able to sail in considerably higher seas, resulting in less travel disruption. On-board the renovated interior will keep you in comfort throughout your crossing, whilst enjoying all it has to offer with its many facilities.

Onboard Cabins / Reserved Seating

There are no cabins available on this ship, however there is seating available for everyone onboard with three tiered seating options to choose from.

Onboard Food and Drink

Onboard the Condor Liberation you can eat the delicious Casquettes self-service restaurant. The menu consists of a range of hot meals, snacks such as sandwiches, baguettes and wraps, hot and cold desserts, soft and alcoholic beverages are also on offer.

Onboard Shopping

The Duty free shop onboard offers passengers a chance to purchase reduced priced goods from men and women’s fragrances to alcohol from around the world.

  • "Excellent crossing and passenger service"

    I travelled to Jersey on 28th October on a business trip and was travelling alone. I'd booked an Ocean Club seat so that I could work during the sailing and was allocated a window seat, without requesting one, which was a bonus. It was a beautiful crossing and the staff were very attentive and friendly, serving complimentary morning tea, coffee and croissants immediately we were seated. However, I found my seat, immediately opposite the galley area, very noisy, especially when crew members from other parts of the ship congregated in the galley to chat with our 2 crew members and it distracted me from my work so I asked at the information desk if I could pre-book a different seat for my return trip on the Sunday. I was told seats were allocated 24 hours beforehand and I would need to contact Customer Services by phone, which I did, as soon as I received an email confirming my return crossing and allocating my seat in the same position - opposite the galley. The person I spoke to at Customer Services told me it wasn't possible to change a seat once allocated and that I would have to speak to the crew on board on the day. As this differed from the information I was given onboard on my outward journey, I persisted, and the customer service adviser spoke to his team manager, who agreed to make an exception, and move my seat further forward from the galley area. I was very grateful for this human touch and for making an exception and had a very good seat on the return sailing which was quiet and peaceful and enabled me to work without distractions. I'd definitely travel with the Condor Liberation again, and use the Ocean Club seats but would recommend seats forward of the galley area. The crew were extremely professional, efficient and courteous, the sailing was smooth and punctual and all facilities were of a high standard of cleanliness

    Fabulous crossings there and back in Ocean Club lounge.   • "Good experience aboard Condor Liberation."

    Having read some not so good reviews prior to our trip, we were a little apprehensive to say the least, but we need not have worried. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff were all polite and very helpful, the ferry set out at exactly the right time and we were kept informed by the captain regarding weather, sailing conditions, and arrival times. We upgraded our seats to ocean plus recliners which had a panoramic view and made for a very pleasant trip altogether. Overall we would definitely recommend the Condor Liberation and condor ferries for a very pleasant and quick trip to Jersey from Poole.

    This was our first sailing with Condor and was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency with which the craft was loaded with vehicles. We had paid a little extra for our seats and were in the lounge with a good view at the front of the boat with a table, charging points for electronics was also a bonus. The seating was comfortable with plenty of leg room. We did not eat on the boat, the choice of drinks both hot and cold was adequate. Overall a pleasant trip, we did have smooth sea conditions on both sailings so cannot comment on what conditions would be like on rough seas.

    This was my first experience on the Condor Ferry to Jersey. The voyage out on the 13th Sept. and the return on the 21st was most enjoyable, luckily with calm seas both ways. The seating in the Ocean Club was excellent and the friendly service and attentive staff could not have been better. i will certainly travel again with your company and have told others about the excellent service.
