Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Civitavecchia Guide

Located in the Lazio region of central Italy, the town of Civitavecchia can be found in the province of Rome and has a seaport on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea and is around 80 km to the north west of Rome. Located in an 18th century building that once belonged to Clemente XIII, visitors will find the Archaeological Museum of Civitavecchia. The building was originally constructed to house the headquarters of the papal garrison. In the museum visitors will see archaeological findings from the town of Centumcellae (the ancient name for Civitavecchia) and from the town's immediate surroundings. In the town's main square visitors will also find another interesting attraction. The Cathedral dedicated to San Francis of Assisi was built over a church that already existed and which the Franciscan fathers had built upon concession by Pope Paul V in 1610.

The town's harbour, formed by two piers and a breakwater, upon which stands a lighthouse, accommodates ferries to destinations including Sicily, Sardinia and Tunisia.

Cagliari Guide

The city of Cagliari is located on the Bay of Angels (Golfo degli Angeli) on the Italian island of Sardinia. The city was built on seven hills which identify the city's prehistoric neighbourhoods. The city's eight miles of coastline has a number of beaches with Poetto, perhaps being the most popular and has many restaurants and bars along the shoreline and is a popular place to socialise in the evenings. The city can trace its origins back to the 7th century when it was founded by the Phoenicians and has many fine examples of buildings that reflects its history.

A popular tourist attraction in the city is the castle which towers over the city and located between the harbour and the castle is the city's marina which is in the old harbour district in the city. Cagliari is a very green city and has a number of public gardens for its visitors to enjoy. Located on a hill covered in Pine and evergreen Oak is Monte Urpinu Park and is around 62 acres in size and is perhaps the most wooded of the city's parks. Also in the city is the Park of San Michele which has a medieval castle in it, and the Terramaini Park which has a pond that is popular with flamingos and other wading birds.

From the city's port, scheduled ferry services depart to Civitavecchia, Naples, Palermo and Trapani.
