Belfast Ferry Port

Belfast is Northern Ireland's principal passenger ferry port with more than a million ferry passengers passing through annually.

Isle of Man ferries arrive and depart at Albert Quay while Stena Line services use the Victoria terminal.

With numerous ferry services operating daily and over night, Belfast port provides an excellent gateway between Northern Ireland and England, Scotland and the Isle of Man.

The port is easy to access from the city centre and is well connected by motorway to the rest of Northern Ireland.

How To Get To Belfast Ferry Port

  • Belfast Ferry Port by Car

    Isle of Man bound sailings operate from Albert Quay. Please follow the yellow AA signs (IOM FERRY). Passengers from the North West should follow the sign DOCKS (S) on the M2.
    Stena Line sailings operate from Victoria Terminal in West Bank Road located off the M2 motorway (Fortwilliam roundabout). This will be clearly signposted from the motorway and other routes.

  • Belfast Ferry Port by Public Transport

    The majority of trains call at Great Victoria Street Station in the centre of Belfast, with the exception of trains from Dublin and Larne which terminate at Belfast Central Station near the Waterfront Hall on East Bridge Street.
