Good service I would recommend them again

I booked a ticket and by some reason the return date was wrong. I called them ( the waiting time is really long) and they sorted my problem without too many questions

Very good customer service

I rang up yesterday after I made a mistake on my booking, booked 2 passengers and forgot to book the car. Spoke to Tom at about 11pm. Extremely helpful , professional and very quick to get my stuff up sorted. Had a confirmation of new booking before the call was finished. Very impressed. I wish we had this customer service in Australia.

Cheaper than direct for me... but highlight additional charges UPFRONT.

Overall good, but 1 star dropped as although The overall price was cheaper than going direct to Stena, I'm always irritated when sites add "processing charges" at the end after you've entered all your details, and which were never mentioned previously... and for a visa delta transaction too.

Annaba Guide

Annaba, once known as Hippo Regius during the Roman times, is the fourth largest city in Algeria. The city is located in Annaba province on the northeastern corner of Algeria, near the river Wadi Seybouse and the Tunisian border.

Annaba has undergone significant growth and is a leading industrial centre in Eastern Algeria. Compared to other Algerian coastal cities such as Oran and the capital Algiers, Annaba’s metropolitan area has a higher population density. Economically, Annaba is the centre for various dynamic activities such as industry, transport, finance and tourism, with its port handling the majority of the country’s mineral exports.

As a coastal city with beautiful beaches, mountains reaching 1080 metres, surrounding hills, and footpaths leading you to explore its rich history and culture, Annaba is an important centre for tourism and is one of the major tourist attractions in the Western Mediterranean. During the summer periods, the beaches in Annaba provide the majority of the city’s work opportunities.

Marseille Guide

The French city of Marseille lies on the Mediterranean Sea coast in the south of France and is France's second largest city, known the world over for its amazing beaches and large port. Visitors to the city will find much to see and do including some charming districts filled with busy bazaars and street markets. This is particularly the case in the area around the port. Popular attractions in the city include the Basilique Notre Dame de La Garde which can be found on the south side of the Vieux Port. Also of interest in Marseille is the Chateau d'If and the Centre de la Vieille Charite which is a large exhibition centre that dates back to the 17th century and can be found in the Panier district of the city. For lovely views of the sea you should head to the beautiful La Cathedrale de la Nouvelle Major and the grand Palais du Pharo which is on the waterfront and was once the home of Napoleon III and now hosts many exhibitions.
